Welsh tour of free LFHW cookery demonstration events

For the next four weeks Love Food Hate Waste, together with Welsh local authorities is hosting a series of live cookery demonstrations across Wales.

The free events will show how to make the most of the food people usually throw away to instead cook delicious meals and save money.

Professional chefs will be giving live demonstrations to show how leftovers can be made into meals as well as sharing practical advice on how to plan meals, work out portion sizes, understand date labels and store food correctly to make it last longer.
